What you do:

You will coordinate and support a variety of visible People & Culture (P&C) programs and projects. You will also partner with your colleagues across P&C to integrate and promote inclusive and effective P&C practices across the business. You will report into the VP, People and Culture. Daily activities include:

 

·       Coordinating P&C programs and projects: Create and maintain project plans and a detailed project schedule (identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks). Develop project communication plans, and communicate with all partners

·       Development of PowerPoint presentations and talking points

·       Collecting data and generating reports to track, measure and communicate the effectiveness of our P&C programs and activities, and assist with compliance requirements

·       Building cross-functional relationships to support P&C needs across the organization

·       Engaging in continuous learning to build your business acumen within Allianz and stay connected to external benchmarking and best practices

 

What you bring:

·       2+ years of experience in human resources

·       Keen attention to detail and data accuracy

·       Positive, collaborative attitude

·       Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously

·       Commitment to – and pride in – providing high-level service to partners

·       Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and motivation to promote inclusive practices through your work

·       Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow within a Human Resources team

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
