Joining the Frankfurt-based European Small Cap Investment Team, your role will be to contribute to the success of its investment strategies, working on different tasks.

What you will do

• Research and identify new investment ideas within the eligible universe (European Small and Mid-Caps)
• Sector knowledge in industrials is a plus
• Research and maintain existing portfolio investments (research documentation)
• Support portfolio construction within given sustainability and risk frameworks
• Be an ambassador for the team strategies and support client interactions

What you bring

• Strong academic record, ideally CFA charter holder
• 5+ years’ experience in asset management / investment analysis
• Proven track record as analyst / portfolio manager (European Small and Mid Caps)
• Passion for sustainability, ideally UNPRI, CESGA or CFA ESG certificate
• Proficiency in English and German is required; further languages are beneficial
• Strong team player - ability to work well in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary environment:
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel and Bloomberg
