Authorization Specialist

For our SAP Services Team we are looking for a SAP Resource Authorization Specialist. We are a young, dynamic and international team working very closely with our colleagues in our headquarters in Germany and other countries.

 You Will

• Creation of authorization concepts in coordination with business departments in compliance with audit specifications and according to economic aspects for operation.
• Technical implementation of the concepts: Creating of roles
• Design of processes in the authorisation environment, e.g. specifications for user administration (via tool or support teams), use of tools for special authorisations via workflows
• Contact person for changes, issues, audits
• Collaboration in projects on the topics of authorisations, processes, etc.
• Active monitoring of existing authorisations to prevent errors, audit findings

Your Skills

• Several years of SAP experience in ERP
• Knowledge of functional processes in FI/CO, ideally MM/SD etc,
• Confident handling of PFCG - knowledge of technology authorisation objects, inheritance logic
• Good knowledge of Office products such as Excel
• Confident English
• Ability to work in a team, pragmatic approach
• Analytical thinking, critical questioning of requirements
• Willingness to learn
• Active communication, especially with (business) departments to clarify requirements
• Creative design and active taking up of new topics, taking the lead vis-à-vis the business department on authorisations, but with empathy towards the business department's point of view.

Advantageous:

• Professional experience in accounting or controlling (higher education qualifications not mandatory).
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA - Fiori technology
• Xiting
• Jira, Confluence tools
• Language skills in German
• FPG / PAPM
• ECCS
